LexisNexis® Flagship online legal services website Lawyers.com offers a community for legal information and a directory of over a million legal professionals.
This site receives traffic exceeding 2 million monthly visitors looking to interact with the legal community or find legal assistance. With the underlying goals of reducing abandonment, and increasing both value and conversion rates (leads) for participating customers, I focus on improving success of the site by enhancing overall User Experience.
Major updates to the product interaction design and information architecture of the site are continuously tested and implemented using an agile development approach. As part of this site restructuing, we are working to build a more dynamic, participatory social community, increasing findability and usefulness of our services for user's legal needs.
